About ArcOps
Built in Europe, for European Design Studios
Every interior design studio in Europe shares the same frustration: project management tools built for American markets, priced in dollars, and designed around American suppliers. ArcOps exists to change that.
We are building the project management platform that European design studios and architecture firms have been waiting for — with stage-based workflows, no-login client sharing, revision tracking, and multi-currency support built in from day one.
Meet the TeamGive design studios back the hours lost to admin
Interior designers and architects across Europe do their best work when they are designing — not chasing client approvals over WhatsApp, juggling browser tabs across a dozen retailer websites, or searching through email threads for a revision that was approved three weeks ago.
European by design — multi-currency, multilingual, GDPR-native, and EU-hosted. Not a US product with Europe bolted on afterwards.
Built for studios, not freelancers — team workflows, shared project boards, and pricing that makes sense for firms of 3 to 50 people.
Honest pricing — our free plan is free forever, because we believe every studio should try professional tools before committing.
Passion Meets Precision
A product built by engineers who understand that designers judge tools by how they look — and by whether those tools actually save their teams time.
Our Story
ArcOps started with a simple observation: every project management tool available to European interior design studios was built somewhere else. Houzz Pro, Programa, Studio Designer, Mydoma — all American or Australian, all priced in USD, all designed around US suppliers and workflows.
Studios across Europe — from Bucharest to Berlin, Lyon to London — were either overpaying for tools that did not fit their market, or cobbling together solutions from Trello, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
We set out to build the first project management platform designed from the ground up for European design professionals — in their languages, their currencies, hosted on their continent.
Founded by Florin Mateescu, a software engineer with over 13 years of experience across startups, small businesses, and enterprise companies, ArcOps is the product of deep industry knowledge and a genuine frustration with the status quo.
Having spent years helping European businesses digitalise their operations, Florin saw the same pattern in interior design: talented professionals spending their evenings on admin because their tools were never built for them. ArcOps is the answer — and we are just getting started.

GDPR compliant, EU-hosted infrastructure
The only project management platform built for European design studios
Every feature in ArcOps was shaped by conversations with interior designers and architects working across Europe. Stage-based project workflows, one-click client sharing without logins, revision tracking with a full audit trail — these are not checkboxes on a feature list. They are answers to problems that studios face every day.
We are EU-hosted, GDPR-native, and available in English, German, and Romanian — with more languages on the way. Our pricing starts at EUR 0 because we believe every studio deserves access to professional tools.
The People Behind ArcOps
A product-oriented team of engineers and marketing professionals, dedicated to digitalising businesses across the European Union — reducing language barriers and bridging communication gaps with technology.
Full-stack EU-hosted platform. Built for performance, security, and GDPR compliance from the ground up.
Every feature solves a real problem reported by a real design studio. No vanity features.
Multilingual content in English, German, and Romanian. Rooted in the European design market.
Direct access to the people who build the product. Your feedback shapes our roadmap.
Product-led, transparent, and built to last
We ship features that solve real problems, not features that look impressive on a comparison chart. Every decision is tested against one question: does this save a design studio time or earn them money?
We are committed to reducing the communication gap between professionals across Europe. Technology should connect people, not isolate them behind language-specific tools and market-specific workflows.
