Do my clients need an account or an app?

No. You send a link. It opens in any browser, on any phone. Your client sees the work, comments, and approves — that’s it. You control what they see, and you can turn the link off at any time.

We tried Trello, Asana or Notion and gave up. Why would ArcOps stick?

Because there is nothing to configure. Pick a stage template — built on RIBA, HOAI, AIA and Loi MOP phases — or type your own stages, and the boards are ready. Start with your next project; don’t migrate old ones.

How is ArcOps different from generic project tools?

Generic tools track tasks. ArcOps also tracks the conversation with your client: what you sent, what they said, what they approved, and when. Add stages made for design work and a European product catalog — that’s the part a task app can’t do.
